My Restaurant

My Restaurant
Yesterday each of you had the opportunity to develop the first step of creating your own restaurant. You selected the theme of your restaurant (Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Sports Restaurant, etc), you named it, you selected a picture that will describe the best of your restaurant and finally you added some contact information.

Today, you will be working on the actual menu. First you need to have 5 appetizers, then you need 10 entrees, you will also need 3 different desserts and finally 5 different drinks (non-alcoholic). You may research real restaurants to find ideas for your appetizers, entrees and desserts. Remember that most restaurants serve juice and/or coca-cola products or Pepsi products. Research online for what products are included in each category.

When you are done, make sure you send Mrs. Velez a copy of your final product. Presentations will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, April 14th, 2010.

Bonus points!
Once you are done, print a copy of your menu, and have it signed by our substitute teacher. His signature on your paper will give you 10 bonus points.
